Loops By Elle is LIVE!

I am happy to share that my Youtube channel is now live. The essence of why I have begun to step out into this new venture is my desire to inspire people to know that crocheting is something they can do! So many people have come up to me throughout the years and remarked that they love the art of crocheting, but that it seemed too complicated. I have also been told that it seems too time consuming and difficult to master. While there is definitely a bit of a learning curve, and it is true (as is the case with nearly everything in life!) that one needs to stick with it and practice to become proficient, the process of beginning to crochet is relatively easy. With learning the fundamentals of crocheting, the rest is a matter of building skills upon other skills. That is something you can do.

I certainly hope to encourage everyone I meet to pick up a crochet hook and give it a go. After all, the journey of a thousand beautiful crochet projects always begins with a single chain. Expect to see lots of different content, from a beginner crochet lesson series to elaborate blankets and crochet garments. I am also a big fan of amigurumi, so don't be surprised to see some of this down the road as well. Crocheting offers so many ways to make things you will love for many years to come. You can make almost anything with just a crochet hook and a ball of yarn.
